Château Gombaude-Guillot is situated in the heart of the Pomerol plateau, where it produces inimitable wines of great pedigree and balance that display complexity, volume on the palate and finesse.
The authentic character of the Pomerol terroir comes through in our wines, which are officially organically-grown and are subject to compliance with specifications that guarantee natural methods of wine-making, both in the vineyard and in the cellars.
Our application for organic certification (AB) was made in 1997 -the 2000 vintage being the first to be released as officially organic. The estate is today in the process of acquiring biodynamic vine-growing certification.
